Inauguration of the project to improve sports in Phu Nghia commune

BPO – On April 26, the Provincial Youth Union and Youth Union of Binh Phuoc province coordinated with Saigon Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Company, Binh Phuoc branch to organize the inauguration of the project of community sports field. Sports improvement project phase 2 in Hai Can village, Phu Nghia commune, Bu Gia Map district.

The project includes 1 football field, 1 volleyball field and 2 badminton courts and a solar lighting system installed at the Hai Can Village Cultural House. The total value of the project is 150 million VND, implemented by the Central Youth Union in coordination with Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Joint Stock Corporation.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province, Nguyen Trong Lam and Mr. Dinh Van Nang, Director of Saigon Mien Dong Beer Trading Joint Stock Company, Binh Phuoc branch, presented the project’s symbolic plaque to the locality.

After a period of construction, the project has now been completed and put into use to spread the spirit of physical training and sports following the example of the great Uncle Ho, improving people’s health. The project has promoted the volunteer spirit of youth, youth union members and local authorities to participate in building new rural areas and improving the quality of rural life.

On this occasion, Phu Nghia commune organized football and volleyball tournaments among the people and youth union members of Hai Can village.
