According to Dr. Dao Anh Hoang, Vice President of An Giang Union of Science and Technology Associations, in addition, in the agricultural restructuring program of the Government, An Giang province and the Mekong Delta region, rice products are one of the “key” industries in restructuring the agricultural industry. Therefore, when banks – agricultural cooperatives – businesses participate in linkages (value chains), it will increase value, create competitiveness, and create job opportunities for members of agricultural cooperatives, farm households (farmers) and workers. leisure in the countryside.

Through this connection, participating parties will be proactive in planning production, processing, promotion, business, harvest time, and product quality will be improved due to simultaneous and timely harvesting. In addition, there needs to be more programs, schemes and projects to create a favorable environment for cooperatives to develop and build a Program to support the development of agricultural cooperatives for the period 2021-2025 that is suitable to reality and feasible. high exam. In particular, encourage agricultural cooperatives to develop long-term plans to actively participate in linking with farming households (farmers) and businesses in implementing the value chain of production, processing and consumption of agricultural products.
