II. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS
1. Training level:
– For Credit and Accounting positions: Required to graduate from University, full-time program (not including candidates who graduated from university transfer program), major suitable to the position applied for (banking and finance). banking, accounting, auditing, economics, international payments, business administration, law,…).
– For candidates applying for the position of treasurer and cashier: Minimum requirement is to graduate from college, regular system, appropriate major (banking and finance, accounting, economics,…); Priority is given to candidates with permanent residence where the Branch has recruitment quotas; Have a commitment to work long-term at the unit for at least 5 years if recruited.
2. Foreign language and computer skills: Candidates must complete foreign language and computer skills according to Agribank’s regulations if recruited.
3. Other requirements:
– About background: Have a clear background confirmed by a competent State agency within no more than 6 months prior to the date of submitting the application; are not being prosecuted for criminal liability, serving a sentence, being sentenced to imprisonment, non-custodial reform, probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a medical treatment facility or institution. reformatory,…
– About height, health status and age: Men are 1.6m tall or more, women are 1.55m or more tall. Have a health certificate issued by a medical agency within 12 months from the date of application submission. Age not more than 35 years old.
– About registration and aspirations: Register for recruitment using Agribank’s form, clearly stating your desire to work and commitment to comply with Agribank’s labor and labor management regulations if recruited. Candidates are allowed to register 2 wishes.
+ Aspiration 1: Candidates register their work location according to their personal wishes (headquarters/district branch).
+ Aspiration 2: The candidate’s working location is assigned by the Recruitment Council and the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for a minimum of 5 years (if recruited).

IV. TIME AND LOCATION OF RECEIVING DOCUMENTS
1. Time to receive applications: From April 25, 2024 to May 7, 2024 (morning from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays according to State regulations).

V. RECRUITMENT EXAM
– The entrance exam is conducted through 3 rounds: (1) Preliminary selection of documents; (2) Professional written exam; (3) Interview.
– Exam time: Expected in May 2024.
– Location exam: At Agribank Kien Giang Province Branch. The recruitment council will notify the specific exam time to candidates who are eligible to participate in the exam.
