The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee regularly organize periodic conferences to discuss and give policies for implementation in these areas. developing traffic, tourism, urban areas, and socio-economic digital infrastructure; Regularly develop work plans with communes and wards, conduct field inspections and supervision at key works and projects and grasp existing problems, limitations and difficulties to promptly report them. Report to competent authorities and leaders and direct solutions.

Since implementing the program, the city has been allocated investment capital to develop infrastructure with a total amount of over 1,856 billion VND. Up to now, the city has allocated over 1,147 billion VND to develop transport, tourism, urban and digital infrastructure.

However, during the implementation process, the city still faces a number of difficulties and obstacles, such as: The traffic network, especially urban main roads in the city, is low compared to standards. class II urban areas; Some bridge projects connecting the city’s wards and communes have not yet been invested in and constructed, thus somewhat limiting trade travel and urban expansion. Although investors have been selected for urban development projects, their implementation is still slow compared to the project implementation contract signed with the Provincial People’s Committee. Tourism infrastructure does not keep up with the needs of service tourism development, there are not many accommodation and dining facilities that meet high standards; There is still a shortage of accommodation services during holidays. Infrastructure to develop spiritual tourism, community tourism, ecotourism, agricultural tourism, experiential tourism… does not have capital to invest in construction.

The land database is not synchronized; Some investors are not really interested in investing in the city or have unrealistic and legal requirements related to compensation and site clearance; Land funds for factories and warehouses are lacking, while land funds for real estate are in excess; Human resources in carrying out compensation and site clearance work are lacking; Funding for infrastructure development (transportation, tourism, urban areas, digital infrastructure) is still limited, so some works and projects are slow to be invested…

The city recommends: The Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee assign specialized agencies to research and evaluate the actual balance of supply and demand in the real estate market in the city to have a suitable roadmap for bringing it to market. residential real estate products; Consider adding additional types of warehouse and factory real estate suitable to actual needs; The Provincial People’s Committee considers and revokes urban development projects for investors who are not truly enthusiastic about investing; pay attention and allocate funds for the city to build and complete the land database with the goal of granting land use rights certificates to 100% of people; It is recommended that the Provincial People’s Committee assign a specialized agency to evaluate the feasibility of compensation, site clearance, coordination as well as the level of investment interest and enthusiasm of investors who have signed project contracts. with the Provincial People’s Committee to prioritize the selection of feasible projects, suitable for the City’s existing resources; Adding a number of urban area projects such as urban development project No. 7A; Resettlement area for 2 new urban areas in the city; The resettlement area serves site clearance for the Na Rua iron mine open-cast mining project,… on the list of key projects requiring direct leadership and direction from the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Committee; Annually, balance and allocate funds for the City People’s Committee to invest in completing the urban transportation network, especially urban trunk roads, contributing to perfecting urban traffic density standards. …

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Hai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Cao Bang City Party Committee, received opinions from comrades in the inspection team.
