Initial information, around 5:00 p.m. on April 25, the Nghia Hung District Police working group discovered and arrested Ngo Van D. (39 years old, residing in Xu Tien commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh province) had illegal possession of drugs.

Nghia Hung district police sent 2 officers of the Economic and Drug Crime Investigation Team to use a special car to escort Ngo Van D. along with the exhibits for examination. As a result of the examination, the subject was in possession of 2,463 grams of heroin.
At about 9:00 p.m. the same day, after the results of the appraisal referendum, the police escorted Ngo Van D. Return to Nghia Hung District Police for handling according to regulations. The police brought the body of D. Return to the morgue of Nam Dinh Provincial General Hospital, perform an autopsy, determine the cause of death and hand over the subject’s body to the family for burial.
