Accordingly, the adjusted scope is at Phu Loc III Urban Area, Hoang Van Thi Ward, Lang Son City, with an area of ​​about 95,945 square meters and a population after adjustment of about 1,700 people.

Specifically: Location No. 01 adjusts land plots No. 53, 54, 55 of adjacent land plots to land in the current state of renovation, without recovery, the area of ​​land lot in LK-1 after adjustment reduces the area from 5,080 .2m2 down to 4,717.2m2. Position No. 02 is to adjust the function of using the land lot of the agency and the Experimental Center with a total area of ​​2,675.0 m2 into a resettlement residential land lot and internal roads, electricity supply, water supply and drainage. Location No. 03 adjusts the commercial service land lot into green campus land and part of the land in its current status.

Location No. 04 of the sports land lot was adjusted to reduce the area from 879.0m2 to 861.1m2 according to the actual situation and the environmental land lot with an area of ​​581.0m2 became a security land lot with an area of ​​504. 7m2. Location 05 belongs to the median strips of road No. 1 and 37m road. Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee assigned Phu Loc Investment and Construction Group Joint Stock Company (investor) to coordinate with Lang Son City People’s Committee and Hoang Van Thu Ward People’s Committee to publicly announce the content of local adjustments, Manage planning according to regulations. Responsible for synchronously completing technical infrastructure works in urban areas and areas with 12% land fund; Establish procedures for handing over 12% of land to the State according to regulations.
