Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Phu Yen Provincial Branch (Agribank Phu Yen Provincial Branch) needs to recruit 05 workers to work at the following positions and branches:

I. Time and location for receiving applications

1. Location: Applicants submit applications directly at: Agribank General Department, Phu Yen Provincial Branch (Room 305), No. 321 Tran Hung Dao, Ward 4, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province.

2. Time to receive applications: From date April 25, 2024 to date May 7, 2024, morning from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; days from Monday to Friday (except holidays) and make-up work day Saturday May 4, 2024.

II. Organize entrance exams

– The entrance exam is conducted through rounds: round 1 (preliminary application), round 2 (written test), round 3 (interview).

For candidates applying for credit and accounting positions with 3 or more years of experience related to the recruitment position, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG,..), Large banks (VietinBank, Vietcombank, BIDV,…), passing round 1 (preliminary application) will be able to participate in round 3 (interview) without having to participate in round 2 (written exam).

– Time and location of the exam: Agribank Phu Yen Provincial Branch will notify candidates eligible to participate in the exam (expected exam time in May 2024).

Agribank does not collect recruitment fees, does not organize exam review and does not authorize other units to organize exam review in any form.

III. Conditions and standards of candidates

– Regarding training level:

+ For professional positions (credit, accounting): Requires a university degree, full-time university degree (excluding candidates who graduated from a university transfer program), major appropriate to the position recruitment (banking and finance, accounting, auditing, economics, international payments, business administration,…).

+ For Information Technology positions: Requires university graduation, full-time education (excluding candidates who graduate from university transfer), majoring in information technology; Proficient in programming on Microsoft visual studio (C≠ language, visual basic)

– Other additional requirements:

– Regarding foreign language and computer skills: Candidates must complete foreign language and computer skills according to Agribank’s regulations if recruited.

– Regarding background: Have a clear background, not being prosecuted for criminal liability, serving a sentence, being sentenced to prison, non-custodial reform, probation, or being subject to local education measures treatment or put into a medical treatment facility, reformatory facility….

– Regarding age: no more than 35 years old, in some cases it is necessary to attract good workers (have practical experience or training with good or excellent qualifications in the right major at universities, etc.) not more than 40 years old.

– Regarding height and health status: Men are 1.60m or higher, women are 1.55m or more; Be healthy enough to undertake the job. After being accepted, you must undergo a health examination as required by Agribank.

IV. Request records

1. Labor recruitment registration form with 3×4 photo attached. Candidates can register for 02 wishes:

+ Aspiration 1: Candidates choose 01 working location according to the list of affiliated units of Type I Branch (Headquarters/District Branch) with the above recruitment quota.

+ Desire 2: Work location assigned by the Type I Branch Recruitment Council. In this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).

2. Curriculum vitae certified by a competent state agency within no more than 06 months prior to the date of application submission.

3. Notarized copies of diplomas, transcripts (diploma appendix), certificates as required by the position applied for;

4. Notarized copy of Citizen Identification Card.

5. Health certificate issued by a competent medical agency within 12 months from the date of application submission.

6. Document receipt

7. Other documents (if any).

Note:

Candidates must register the exact job position and working location to submit their application according to the announcement of Agribank Phu Yen Provincial Branch.

– Each candidate only applies for 01 position at 01 type I branch in this recruitment round (in case the candidate applies at the same time to 02 type I branches or registers his/her wish at this type I branch but submits the application). applications at other type I branches, Agribank has the right to exclude candidates’ applications from this recruitment round).

– Agribank has the right to select outstanding candidate profiles to participate in recruitment rounds.

– Agribank does not accept: dossiers submitted on behalf of, overdue dossiers, dossiers of candidates who violated the exam rules in previous years.

– Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the recruitment application. In case Agribank detects that the exam registration documents are inaccurate or dishonest, the candidate’s exam results will be canceled.
