A vehicle from the Ministry of Public Security appeared on Nguyen Tuong Street, Phan Thiet City.
At 1:30 p.m. April 26, security at the home area of many former leaders of Binh Thuan province was tightened by the police force and street protection of Phan Thiet City Police, Binh Thuan province.
On Nguyen Tuong Street, Phu Thuy Ward, Phan Thiet, many police officers riding in two vehicles with license plates 80A of the Police Investigation Agency entered the house of Mr. Le Tien Phuong, former chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan province.
Nearby on Tuyen Quang Street, the police also entered the house of Mr. Xa Duong Thang, former director of Binh Thuan Construction Department; Former Secretary of Bac Binh District Party Committee.
On Hung Vuong Street, the Police Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security also entered the house of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phong, former Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Tax Department.
According to the understanding of VTV Times reporter, this is the latest move of the Police Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security related to the case of violating regulations on management and use of state assets causing loss, waste, occurring at the Phan Thiet Beach Tourism Urban Area Project, Binh Thuan province.
