The Department of Transport of Lam Dong province has just issued a document guiding traffic flow during the holiday April 30-May 1, 2024 in Lam Dong province.
Accordingly, trucks with a total tonnage of over 20 tons are not allowed to travel on Bao Loc Pass according to time frames to ensure traffic order and safety during the holiday period April 30 – May 1/ 2024 in Lam Dong province.
The Department of Transport allows vehicles to travel in two directions on two routes from Prenn Pass to Mimosa Pass as the current traffic organization plan. Prenn Pass specifically prohibits trucks.
However, depending on the actual traffic situation, the traffic police force proactively and flexibly regulates between the two routes to ensure against congestion and limit traffic accidents.
For Bao Loc Pass, trucks with a total tonnage of over 20 tons (transporting minerals, construction materials, soil, rocks…) are prohibited from circulating according to time frames.
Specifically, the direction from Da Huoai district to Bao Loc city will be prohibited from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 27 and 28, 2024.
Downward direction from Bao Loc city to Da Huoai district is prohibited from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on April 30 and May 1, 2024.
During the above period, trucks with a total tonnage of over 20 tons from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat city turn left at Madaguoi intersection, Da Huoai district onto road DT.721 to Da Teh district. Road DT.725 to Loc Son Junction (Bao Loc City), back to Highway 20 and vice versa.
