According to the inspection agency, some goods and equipment were purchased by AIC Company through intermediaries without a sales contract from the owner or manufacturer; There are 25/70 pieces of equipment whose contract price is more than 31 billion VND, but the actual imported value is only 25.5 billion VND, a difference of more than 5.7 billion VND.
