On the afternoon of April 26, the Department of Trade Promotion, Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province to organize a trade promotion conference with the Vietnam Trade Office system abroad in April 2024 with the topic: “Promoting the export of Vietnamese coffee and spice products”. The second session with the topic “Updated information on policies and recommendations of the Trade Department, an organization supporting international trade for the export of Vietnamese coffee and spice products” had the participation and sharing of Representatives of Vietnamese trade offices in Germany, India, Egypt and representatives of international organizations: Swiss Import Promotion Program (SIPPO) on “Trends requiring sustainability for coffee products and imported spices in the world market – lessons learned and some recommendations for Vietnam”; The Sustainable Trade Initiative (IDH) discussed “EU Deforestation Regulations (EUDR) and challenges for Vietnam’s coffee and spice industry”.
