1. Conditions and standards for candidates:

– Candidates must meet standards of quality and professional ethics; Professional qualifications and capabilities according to the requirements of the position and job title to be recruited; Meets the regulations in the Labor Management Regulations in the Agribank system.

* For professional positions (credit, accounting, legal):

  • Required to graduate from university or higher, full-time (excluding candidates who graduated from university transfer), major appropriate to the position applied for (Banking and Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration, Law…).
  • Regarding foreign language and computer skills: Candidates must complete foreign language and computer skills according to Agribank’s regulations if recruited.

– Regarding background and age: Have a clear background confirmed by a competent state agency within no more than 6 months prior to the date of application submission; are not being prosecuted for criminal liability, serving a sentence, being sentenced to imprisonment, non-custodial reform, probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a medical treatment facility or facility. education…

– Regarding age: No more than 35 years old, in some cases where it is necessary to attract good workers, no more than 40 years old.

– Regarding height and health status: Men are 1.6m tall or more, women are 1.5m or more tall; Have enough health to undertake the job, have a health certificate issued by a health agency within 12 months prior to the date of submitting the application. After admission, candidates must undergo a health examination according to Agribank’s requirements.

2. Application documents include:

1. Labor recruitment registration form with 3x4cm photo (according to the form on Agribank Website). Candidates can register for 2 wishes:

+ Desire 1: Candidates choose a working location according to the list of units belonging to type I branches (headquarters/district branches) with the above recruitment criteria.

+ Desire 2: Work location assigned by the Type I Branch Recruitment Council. In this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).

2. Curriculum vitae certified by a competent state agency within no more than 6 months prior to the date of application submission.

3. Notarized copies of diplomas, transcripts (diploma appendix), certificates as required by the position applied for.

4. Notarized copy of ID card/citizen identification card.

5. Health certificate issued by a competent medical agency within 12 months from the date of application submission.

6. Other documents (if any).

Note:

– Candidates must register the exact vacancy and work location to submit their application at the branch in accordance with Agribank’s announcement.

– Each candidate only applies for 1 position at 1 type I branch in this recruitment period (in case the candidate applies at the same time to 2 type I branches or registers his/her wish at this type I branch but submits the application). applications at other type I branches, Agribank has the right to exclude candidates’ applications from this recruitment round).

– Agribank does not accept: Applications submitted on behalf of, applications submitted overdue, applications of candidates who have violated the exam rules in previous years.

4. Organizing entrance exams:
