On April 26, the Investigation Police Department of Tra On district (Vinh Long) prosecuted the defendant and temporarily detained Nguyen Minh Nhut (28 years old, residing in Vinh Xuan commune) to investigate the act of “Threatening to kill people”.
Defendant Nhut threatened to kill his biological father, mother and relatives.
According to the initial investigation, on April 18, Tra On district police received a report from Mr. NVD (55 years old) about his biological son, Nguyen Minh Nhut, using a weapon and cursing at him, threatening to kill him and his wife. wife, son, daughter-in-law, along with 3 young children in the family (mother, brother, younger brother, sister-in-law and nephew living in the same house as Nhut).
The police verified, investigated and learned that Nhut had repeatedly used a homemade knife to threaten to kill family members and cursed and insulted 8 people in Mr. D’s family. very confused, afraid of being killed so had to stay with relatives.
According to the investigation agency, Nhut used drugs and had two previous convictions for property theft and intentionally causing injury.
