Violations related to the Phan Thiet Beach Tourism Urban Area project

Instead, the Provincial People’s Committee swapped 2 other land plots outside the project, allowing the investor to pay an equivalent amount to the budget.

Before the swap, the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan province asked for the opinion of the Ministry of Construction (document No. 985 dated April 2, 2015).
The Ministry issued document No. 906 dated April 24, 2015 to guide localities.
