Previously, through the work of understanding the situation in cyberspace, Nghi Son Town Police discovered a group of social network users introducing themselves as employees of the capital lottery company, pledging to provide Lottery numbers and lottery numbers are guaranteed to win prizes and fees are charged in advance.
After someone interacts, the subjects will request to transfer money and appropriate the fee amount.

Using professional measures, Nghi Son Town Police quickly collected documents and evidence proving the violations of the subjects, and at the same time arrested the two above mentioned subjects.
According to the police, Bui Thi Hien Vi is the culprit who impersonated an employee of the Capital Lottery Company to fraudulently appropriate property.
To commit fraud, the two subjects mentioned above went on social networks to discuss with each other to buy many bank account numbers and computers, wifi transmitters, color printers, stamps, and controller names. of the company.
After that, the two subjects went online to advertise, text, and pretend to be employees of the capital’s lottery company, asking customers to transfer money to an account named after them if they wanted to be provided with lottery numbers. control staff for appropriation.
After the customer transfers money, the subjects will provide the customer with any number related to the lottery number and lottery number and scam the customer. This is the number provided by the lottery company.
With the above trick, only from February until their arrest, these two subjects committed fraud against more than 30 people in many provinces and cities nationwide, with the amount of money appropriated over 150 million VND.
The case is being investigated and expanded by the police.
