Resolve the rights of citizen Vu Thi Hong before July 30

Authorized by comrade Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, on the afternoon of April 26, comrade Dang Xuan Truong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy The Standing Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee chaired a regular citizen reception in April 2024 regarding the case of citizen Vu Thi Hong, residing in Cam Gia ward (Thai Nguyen city). Attending the citizen reception were representatives of departments and branches: Natural Resources and Environment; Provincial Inspectorate and City People’s Committee. Thai Nguyen .

Leaders of the Provincial People’s Committee and representatives of sectors received citizens

Ms. Vu Thi Hong has a request to resolve issues related to land plot No. 1955 and land plot No. 1956, map sheet No. 08, Huong Son ward; Urban land type, area 80 m2/plot. The above land plots were allocated by the Provincial People’s Committee according to Decree No. 38/2000/ND-CP dated August 23, 2000 of the Government; City People’s Committee. Thai Nguyen issued a Land Use Rights Certificate on February 3, 2016 but there is no road to access the 2 plots of land. On November 30, 2018, Ms. Hong’s family built a wall around the plot of land but Mr. Dao Duc Thien’s family stopped it. The reason Mr. Thien gave was that part of the family’s land area overlapped with the land area and access road to Ms. Hong’s plot of land. After that, Ms. Hong filed a complaint with the authorities, but to date the matter has not been completely resolved.

According to provincial and city authorities, Thai Nguyen and Huong Son ward, the land that Mr. Thien’s family was using before and had a dispute with Ms. Hong was ditch land managed by the cooperative, now it is public land, not due to exploration or sale. Mr. Thien himself used public land to grow trees. The time of using the land was after 1996.

After listening to reports and opinions of localities and professional sectors, Mr. Dang Xuan Truong affirmed: Citizens’ petitions are legitimate and require the City. Thai Nguyen coordinates with relevant departments and branches to complete Ms. Hong’s wishes before July 30, 2024.
