After 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33, the work of building and developing culture and people in the province has developed and achieved outstanding results. By 2023, the whole province will reach 99.5% of villages and residential groups having cultural houses; 81% of communes, wards and towns have sports fields; 89.2% of villages and residential groups are cultural; 86.9% of cultural families… The work of preserving and promoting national cultural heritage is paid attention and directed, in the period 2014 – 2024, there are 2 relics ranked as special national relics. , 2 national-level relics and 22 provincial-level relics, bringing the total number of relics ranked at all levels to 141 relics. The careers of literature – art, education – training, science – technology… are emphasized.

Lang Son’s cultural career has truly demonstrated its role as the spiritual foundation of society, both a goal and a driving force for the province’s socio-economic development, contributing to maintaining stability. stabilizing political security, consolidating the great national unity bloc, building a strong political system, and building people’s trust in the Party and the socialist regime.
