After the feedback of Environment and Urban Electronics about Purli Restaurant – wine cellar (Tran Cao Van hamlet, Bau Ham 2 commune, Thong Nhat district) being illegally built, up to now, a number of temporary houses have been built. The space here has been dismantled.

According to Thong Nhat District People’s Committee, the location of the land to build Purli Restaurant belongs to land plot number 157, cadastral map number 14, Bau Ham 2 commune, planned as rural land.

The construction area of ​​the drinking water factory (currently discontinued) in land plot number 39, cadastral map number 14, Bau Ham 2 commune has 423 m2.² within the planning target for land for growing perennial crops, the area is 1276.7 m2² included in the planning target is rural land.

Thong Nhat District People’s Committee has reviewed and made records of the locations of residential land and prefabricated house construction areas on land that have not yet been converted to use purposes. At the same time, request the owner of the facility to disassemble and restore the land to its original state.

Talking to reporters, Mr. Truong Van Vinh, Secretary, Chairman of Bau Ham 2 Commune People’s Committee, said that after the press’s feedback, the Commune People’s Committee coordinated with specialized departments of Thong Nhat District People’s Committee to go to the scene to establish minutes, requesting the owner of Purli restaurant to dismantle the area with construction violations. Up to now, the restaurant owner is carrying out dismantling work.

“The unlicensed construction land belongs to a temporary construction project, used to serve the drinking water production business but has stopped operating. Ms. Le Thi Thanh Thao – owner of Purli restaurant, also submitted an application to voluntarily dismantle the above unlicensed expansion projects.”, Mr. Vinh further shared.

It is known that, after the reflective article of Electronic Environment and Urbanism, Thong Nhat District Party Committee also directed the District People’s Committee to quickly verify information, check the current status, review land origin, and planning. land use and construction, and completely handle projects that violate the above construction order.
