Based on the nature, extent, consequences and socially dangerous behavior of defendant Tran Duc Minh, Ly Nhan District People’s Procuracy decided to prosecute defendant Tran Duc Minh before the District People’s Court to try the defendant. Crime of “Violating regulations on road traffic participation” according to Point b, Clause 2, Article 260 of the Penal Code.
