According to research, for nearly a year, local people have repeatedly reported construction violations on a hill in village 10A but the authorities did not handle it firmly. Up to now, on the hill, a townhouse complex of 22 houses has been formed, of which 17 houses are almost completely built, 1 house is made of iron frame and 4 houses have completed the foundation.

Through review and comparison, the authorities determined that the location for the construction of the above-mentioned adjacent house area does not have consistency and synchronization between land use planning and construction planning. Based on the provisions of law, this housing area is not in accordance with the Construction Law and Housing Law. Notably, the violating works have not been administratively sanctioned by the authorities.

On April 3, the People’s Committee of Bao Lam district issued decisions to temporarily suspend work for 15 days for Mr. Do Ngoc Can, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Loc Thanh commune, and Mr. Tran Ngoc Hoan, civil servant of land administration, agriculture, and construction. and the communal environment to consider the responsibilities related to the construction of the 22 houses mentioned above.

Previously, on April 22, the People’s Committee of Lam Dong province issued a document directing the People’s Committee of Bao Lam district to handle violations in the housing area of ​​village 10A.

Bao Lam district must clearly identify violations, prepare documents and procedures to handle administrative violations in the construction of the above houses in accordance with the Government’s regulations and relevant laws; At the same time, resolve arising consequences according to the provisions of law.

The People’s Committee of Lam Dong province also directed the District People’s Committee to organize a review and strictly handle the responsibilities of the leaders of the People’s Committee of Loc Thanh commune, relevant organizations and individuals in the state management of construction in the province. locality for allowing the above mentioned cases to occur in accordance with regulations; Report results before May 2.
