Mr. Vu received the transfer of land use rights in his name on the land use rights certificate that was no longer valid (it had been transferred to another person and was revoked and annulled), then Mr. Vu set up the transfer procedure to another person. contrary to the provisions of law.

Mr. Vu violated regulations on what party members cannot do, regulations on the responsibility to set an example for officials and party members, first of all party members and leaders and managers at all levels. Mr. Vu’s violation is serious, causing bad public opinion, affecting the reputation of the party organization, the agency where he works and the individual comrade, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.

The Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Committee requested a review according to the process and took disciplinary action against Mr. Tran Minh Vu. After that, the Standing Committee of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee took disciplinary action against Mr. Vu from all positions in the Party.
