Mau informed Binh and Phuc, but because he was on the run, Phuc called his wife Giang Thanh Lan, while Binh called Thu, and Thao prepared money to give to Thang.

December 26, 2022 Mau, Thu, Thao met Thang at a coffee shop in Gia Nghia City. Here, Thang confirmed that he had asked someone with a high position for help and this person agreed, he would definitely get the acquittal, if not, he would return the money.

Believing that Thang would take care of Binh and Phuc’s escape, Mau, Thu, and Thao agreed to give Thang a total of 300 million VND.

After receiving the money, Thang went to meet Quick at his home and gave 150 million to Quick to take care of the matter. On December 29, 2022, Thang gave Quick the amount of 15 million VND. Quickly use this money to mature the credit contract and pay bank interest.

Even though they gave money to Le Van Thang to run the case, Tran Ngoc Binh and Tran Gia Phuc still received a summons from the City Police Investigation Agency. Gia Nghia so Mau, Binh and Phuc repeatedly asked about the results of the trial.

When he contacted Quick and learned that he had been scammed, Thang asked him to return the money.

On February 12, 2023, Tran Ngoc Binh was prosecuted and detained by the authorities for gambling. Next, on February 14, 2023, Yen Van Mau and Le Thi Thu went to Gia Nghia City Police to denounce Le Van Thang’s behavior. These people also submitted audio files of conversations related to the execution of the case to the police.
