Promote activities to increase productivity of businesses in the province

The goal of the plan is to concretize the contents set out in Plan No. 4009/KH-UBND dated September 26, 2023 of the Provincial People’s Committee, ensuring effective implementation in 2024, promoting increased activities. productivity of enterprises in the province, improving labor productivity, total factor productivity (TFP) based on science, technology and innovation;

Propose the implementation of at least one science and technology task with content associated with the application of science and technology to improve productivity and quality (development, application, certification of conformity with standards, technical regulations, application of management systems, productivity and quality improvement tools, smart production support tools…) based on science, technology and innovation in accordance with the fourth industrial revolution.

Regarding key tasks in 2024: Research and evaluate the current state of labor productivity, product and goods quality, quality management of enterprises: Survey and evaluate the current state of productivity, science, technology and innovation activities , propose incentive policies to promote science and technology activities to improve productivity until 2025;

Information and propaganda about productivity and quality: Organize a propaganda conference to implement Decision No. 36/QD-TTg dated January 11, 2021 of the Prime Minister and Plan No. 4009/KH-UBND dated January 26 /September 2023 of the Provincial People’s Committee; Coordinate with a number of universities and vocational education establishments in the province to propagate the construction and application of management systems and tools to improve productivity and quality; solutions for applying digital transformation towards smart production for students at universities and vocational education institutions;

Training human resources for productivity and quality improvement activities: Organizing training and fostering human resources to manage productivity and quality, building and applying management systems and productivity improvement tools productivity, quality, solutions to apply digital transformation towards smart production… Visit to learn from local experiences in effectively implementing the productivity improvement program based on the foundation of science, technology and innovation;

Support businesses to apply solutions to improve productivity and quality: Propose to implement a science and technology task with the content “Building and deploying a model to improve productivity and quality based on application “innovative tools, science, technology and innovation platform” to promote quality productivity activities, towards smart production, smart services for a number of public service units, businesses and cooperatives in Ninh province Thuan.
