On March 6, 2024, I met and discussed with Mr. Dang Chi Dung about my disagreement with Mr. Dung building an awning on my land area.

However, on March 14 and 15, 2024, Mr. Dung hired a machine operator to clear an area of ​​about 5,000 m² of my land above. Next, on March 26 and 27, 2024, Mr. Dung arbitrarily continued to hire a number of people to build a fence with concrete posts and corrugated iron on my land area. I met and discussed directly with Mr. Dung and did not agree to let Mr. Dung use, renovate, or build works on my land, but Mr. Dung was still stubborn and deliberately used my land.

Mr. Hiep said that previously, Mr. Dung and I had agreed that I would hand over the original extract of land plot number 405 (combined plot number 60 and part of land number 44), map sheet number 13, area of ​​12,995 m2 to him. Dung asked Mr. Dung to contact the competent authority to apply for a Land Use Rights Certificate according to the above land plot extract. Mr. Dung promised me that by June 2024, he would have a Certificate of land use rights and business land. After that, Mr. Dung made a deposit to transfer the above land of mine.

The People’s Committee of Phu An commune, Dak Po district requested the dismantling of illegal structures on agricultural land.

Recently, I went to the Land Registration Office Branch of Dak Po district to find out the situation and found out that my application for a land use right certificate for the above land plot has not been taken by Mr. Dung. register to request a certificate, this is contrary to what Mr. Dung told me before.

Currently, Mr. Dung is blatantly arbitrarily building 2 awnings, covering the cement floor, leveling the land, erecting a surrounding fence… with the aim of occupying my land area in the above mentioned plot of land. I sent a request to the People’s Committee of Phu An commune asking for a solution, but so far I have not seen any action from the commune.

Through discussion with the leader of the People’s Committee of Phu An commune and the reporter about this, it was known that the commune did not have information about this incident. A commune leader said, I will direct the functional departments to check and handle the issue. this topic.
