After having the Provincial People’s Committee’s policy, the investor is requested to quickly adjust the planning and investment project according to regulations to complete legal documents.” This recommendation was agreed by the People’s Committee of Ca Mau province in official dispatch No. 6491/UBND-ND dated December 13, 2013.

Nearly 4 years later (February 17, 2017), Ca Mau Housing Development Company sent an official dispatch requesting to adjust the planning and the Provincial People’s Committee directed the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to propose recommendations of company. On March 6, 2017, the Department of Construction sent an official dispatch requesting the Provincial People’s Committee to agree on the policy and the Provincial People’s Committee agreed in Official Dispatch No. 1861/UBND-XD dated March 13, 2017.

On March 10, 2023, the Government Inspectorate announced the inspection conclusion (No. 716/TB-TTCP) with the content that Ca Mau province lacked inspection and supervision, leading to Ca Mau Housing Development Company arbitrarily Adjust the detailed planning (1/500) for the public works area to urban residential land at the P.8 Commercial Quarter project.
