(BDO) On the evening of April 26, after finishing the final matches, the 2024 Southern Golf Association Championship determined the leading teams in the men’s and women’s events.
Binh Duong Women’s Golf Team won the championship quite impressively
Binh Duong men’s golf team surpassed Ho Chi Minh City to win the championship convincingly
In the men’s tournament, the excellence of Binh Duong golfers surpassed their rival Ho Chi Minh City by 0.5 points, helping the Dat Thu Golf team win the championship. Meanwhile, third place belonged to Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau won fourth place.
Similar to the male golfers, the girls of the Binh Duong women’s team also excellently won the championship after surpassing the Ba Ria – Vung Tau women’s team.

Mr. Pham Quang Minh, Chairman of Binh Duong Golf Association, shared that this result is truly an honor for Binh Duong Golf. Because after more than 20 years, Golf Binh Duong won the Southern Golf Championship again.
Nearly 100 Golfers from the South gathered in Binh Duong to compete in the tournament
Thus, two women’s teams of Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau and four men’s teams including Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Ba Ria – Vung Tau will represent the Southern region at the Association championship. National golf takes place in Hai Phong this coming May.
