Dien Bien TV – On the afternoon of April 26, at the Provincial Cultural Conference Center, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People’s Committee of Dien Bien province to organize the closing ceremony of the National Librarian Festival Propagating and developing reading culture and introducing books to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory. Speaking at the closing of the festival, Ms. Kieu Thuy Nga, Director of the Library Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Head of the Festival Organizing Committee praised and appreciated the spirit of enthusiastic participation and dedication. of 42 participating delegations. The delegations all paid attention and invested carefully from registering to participate, developing scripts, organizing practice to performing the competition on stage.
After 4 days of competition, the National Librarians Festival was successful in all aspects, including professional quality, book introduction skills as well as artistic performance ability in each performance.
