At the memorial site of General Vo Nguyen Giap, Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People’s Army, the delegation offered incense to commemorate and pay tribute to the heroic spirit of the General and his soldiers. martyrs heroically fought, sacrificed, and achieved the victory of Dien Bien Phu “famous in five continents, shaking the earth”.
