After 33 months of construction, the Ninh Binh Provincial Theater project was completed on schedule, ensuring quality and safety. The Ninh Binh Provincial Theater project is designed in a modern, unique, cultural architectural style, creating an urban highlight. It is the only civil project in the province with a 100-year lifespan design, with complex technical design located in an area with high population density; harmoniously combining the function of performing arts with the headquarters of a number of units under the Cultural Industry.

The theater was built on an area of ​​6,453 m2 on Le Dai Hanh street, Ninh Binh city, with a total investment of 245 billion VND from the provincial budget, including 3 main blocks: Block for performance, cylindrical block workplace, technical tunnel block.

In addition, the Theater’s sound and lighting equipment is also invested in modern, high quality, synchronous, meeting the requirements of art performances, exhibitions and related cultural activities.

The project construction process involves focused leadership and close and drastic direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, and People’s Committee from the stage of setting up investment policies, architectural competition, design, project approval, and supervision. inspection, construction; encouragement and timely resolution of difficulties and obstacles; the efforts and determination of the investor; Effective supervision of the team of design consultants and supervision consultants; the concentration and responsibility of the construction unit to soon complete the project and put it into use; the people’s agreement, support, and sharing.
