(TBTCO) – The Australian Embassy in Vietnam said that on April 25, the National Australia Bank (NAB) officially opened a new office in the city. Thu Duc (Ho Chi Minh City). This new office will support NAB’s strong growth in Vietnam and help NAB continue to deliver digital experiences to its customers.
Mr. Howard Silby – General Director of NAB Innovation Center Vietnam said that the new office ensures an optimal working environment to support the growing workforce in Vietnam. This expansion strategy will help NAB continue to attract more technology talent, support global human resources as well as help recruit more talent to NAB.

Sharing about the expansion of National Australia Bank’s operations, Australian Ambassador to Vietnam Andrew Goledzinowski emphasized: “Australia and Vietnam have complementary interests in the field of technology and digital transformation. Therefore, the opening of this new office demonstrates NAB’s commitment to supporting Vietnamese talents to develop their careers in the technology sector. This is a great example of making this commitment a reality.”
In parallel with the opening of the new office, NAB Innovation Center Vietnam also continuously provides employees with many training and development opportunities including: professional certification in the banking sector through the practice certification program Bank (CQiB) is granted by FINSIA, a separate training program for the management team – Distinctive Leadership program along with many training courses on cloud computing through the NAB Cloud Guild program for all employees. .
At the same time, NAB Innovation Center Vietnam is committed to continuously promoting a diverse and gender-balanced working environment, demonstrated by the proportion of women occupying 70% of senior leadership positions in particular and 20% of the total staff. overall, more than double the industry average.
