Ha Nam spreads the reading movement among the People’s Police force

Participating in the festival were 10 competition teams from units and localities under the Ha Nam Provincial Police. Teams went through 2 competitions: Book display and theater.

In the book display competition, the teams brought vivid and unique book display models, closely following the theme of the festival such as: “Nha Rong Harbor” model with the theme of following the journey along the way. Uncle Ho’s feet of the Staff – Force Construction – Logistics Division; “S-shaped stance” with the theme of proud of a stretch of mountains and rivers of Thanh Liem District Police; “Cat Tuong Memorial Area” with the theme of firmly following Uncle Ho’s footsteps of Binh Luc District Police; “Hanoi Flagpole and the Heart of Vietnam” with the theme of Uncle Ho shining forever in our career of the Police Ly Nhan district…

In the theatrical competition, with witty, playful, sometimes quiet, emotional performances, combined with singing, dancing, plays, skits, poetry reciting… the teams brought information to the table. meaningful message, praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, country, and people of Vietnam…, affirming the ideology and 6 things Uncle Ho taught the People’s Public Security have instilled in every officer , Ha Nam Police soldier, from the pages of books to everyday life through beautiful actions such as: Courageous spirit, willingness to sacrifice to save people and property of the Police Division. Administrative management of social order through the story “Beware of fire”; responsibility, sympathy, sharing, and helping people in difficult circumstances with the spirit of “when people need it, when people are in trouble, there is the Police” through the story “The Uncle Ho’s New Year’s Eve comes to the poor” of the People’s Security Bloc…

The 2024 propaganda and book introduction festival with the theme “Ha Nam Police read and learn for life following the example of the great Uncle Ho is one of the political activities to celebrate the 49th anniversary of Complete Liberation Day.” the entire South, unifying the country (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2024); 70 years of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2024); 134 years of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2024); 10 years of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day; 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s Will (1969 – 2024) and 79 years of Traditional Day of the Vietnam People’s Police. This is also an opportunity for police units and localities in Ha Nam province to exchange, share experiences, spread and develop the reading movement, building the beauty of reading culture.

At the same time, the activity is an opportunity for officers and soldiers to show their passion for reading, propagate, introduce and promote books with profound historical, theoretical and practical value; create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encourage officers and soldiers, especially young soldiers, to constantly study, strive to excel in their work and practice ethics and lifestyle following the example of the great Uncle Ho, contributing to Build a clean, strong, regular, elite and modern People’s Police force that meets assigned political requirements and tasks in the new situation.
