Recently, along Highway 38B, near the gate of Tien Hung Joint Stock Company (Vuong town, Tien Lu), a “toad market” appeared that opened late, causing traffic insecurity. Taking advantage of when workers are off work, dozens of mobile stalls, trucks carrying fruit, food… display their goods on sidewalks and roadside. Spontaneous trading activities are often concentrated from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., which is the time when workers get off shift. Meanwhile, the density of vehicles participating in traffic on this route is already crowded, with many large trucks, plus workers off shift, motorbikes jostling for traffic, markets and stopping to buy and sell goods. making traffic in this area even more congested, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents.

It is recommended that functional units and local authorities take measures to soon handle the situation of spontaneous market meetings mentioned above, ensuring traffic safety for the area.
