During the period 2016-2024, Thanh Binh Ward Bar Association has focused on fostering legal knowledge in the locality. The Association coordinated to organize 15 legal propaganda sessions for more than 1,000 people; Do a good job of conciliation, participate in conciliation of 63 cases for 193 people, of which conciliation success is over 90%. During the past term, the association’s collective and a number of individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam Lawyers Association.
Thanh Binh Ward Bar Association was established in 2003, currently has 84 members in agencies in the ward and 12 residential areas.
For the 2024 – 2029 term, the Bar Association of Thanh Binh ward determines the goal of continuing to perform well the work of propaganda, dissemination and legal education; Participate in law making; consulting, legal aid for the poor, policies; Actively participate in judicial reform activities, administrative procedure reform, and fight against crime; Participate in conciliation of disputes in the community.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of Thanh Binh Ward Bar Association consisting of 6 comrades. Mr. Nguyen Dang Nghi, Head of Thanh Binh Ward Lawyers Association, term II, continued to be elected as Head of the Branch, term III.
