These facilities are concentrated in 18/27 districts, towns and cities (Thanh Hoa city, Sam Son city; Nghi Son town, districts: Yen Dinh, Tho Xuan, Trieu Son, Dong Son, Nga Son , Hau Loc, Ha Trung, Hoang Hoa, Thieu Hoa, Ba Thuoc, Lang Chanh, Thach Thanh, Quan Son, Vinh Loc, Quang Xuong). Most establishments operate spontaneously on household residential land, on land planned for residential and urban areas, etc., with narrow production premises, not ensuring a safe distance in terms of environment and use. Recently, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities have received many complaints and complaints from people about environmental pollution caused by the above facilities. Through inspection and verification, it shows that most establishments do not have environmental records and procedures (Environmental impact assessment report, Environmental protection project, environmental protection commitment, environmental protection plan); The environmental quality of air, noise, and wastewater before being discharged into the environment still has many indicators that exceed allowable standards many times; Overcoming on-site environmental pollution at production facilities and households faces many difficulties, due to limited land funds and limited funding, which cannot meet the requirements for building waste treatment works. , awareness of compliance with environmental protection laws is still limited,… Through feedback through letters and regular hotlines from households, it shows the frustration that these environmental polluting establishments need to must be resolved decisively.
