The exhibition fair “Industry and Trade – OCOP Thai Nguyen” is an annual activity of Thai Nguyen province. With a scale of more than 200 booths, the Fair has the participation of 34 provinces and cities nationwide; Gathering hundreds of typical products imbued with the regional cultural identities of localities such as: Hanoi green rice, Uoc Le sausage, Bat Trang ceramics, West Lake shrimp cakes, Ngoc Linh Kon Tum ginseng; Khanh Hoa bird’s nest; Ha Giang humpback banh chung; Binh Phuoc cashew nuts; Quang Ninh squid rolls and seafood; One-sun cow, Phu Yen ocean tuna eyes; Sen Cu Dien Bien rice; Hai Duong green bean cake; Nam Dinh Giao Thuy spring rolls; Northwest cuisine (Son La, Dien Bien)… has created a richness and diversity of products.
