Carnival Ha Long 2024 promises to be exciting and attractive

On the evening of April 26, at Ocean Park beach, Vo Nguyen Giap street, Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, the rehearsal program for Carnaval Ha Long 2024 took place with the theme “Bright with Wonders”. The Carnaval Ha Long 2024 program is built and inspired by 6 core values ​​in the value system of Quang Ninh province. The program structure is divided into 5 acts: Act 1 is “Legends of Ha Long”, act 2 is “Fishing Village”, act 3 is “Trading Port”, act 4 is “Ha Long Carnaval Heritage Dance”, act 5 is “Bung morning with Wonders”.
