The 3rd International Hot Air Balloon Festival 2024 in Tuyen Quang province with the participation of 22 international standard hot air balloons, led by experienced international pilots from many countries and territories, including: Spain, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam.
