Every year, the company’s Trade Union sends about 200 employees to participate in conferences to propagate legal policies on social insurance and health insurance so that everyone can fully understand their rights and obligations.

According to the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, by the end of the first quarter of 2024, the whole province will have 120 FDI enterprises investing in industrial zones and economic zones with a total of 40,200 workers. In general, FDI enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones in the province implement quite well social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies for employees. According to research, over the past many years, no FDI enterprises in industrial parks or economic zones in the province have delayed payment or outstanding social insurance debt of their employees. In order to improve the effectiveness of implementing labor law policies, including the field of social insurance, every year the Provincial Labor Federation coordinates with the Provincial Social Insurance and the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to sign a coordination program; Develop a joint plan between the three agencies to propagate, dialogue, inspect and supervise the implementation of labor laws, social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies.

In 2024, the Provincial Labor Confederation and Provincial Social Insurance will organize 9 conferences to propagate and dialogue on labor laws in industrial parks and economic zones, with 1,200 employees, employers, and social insurance policy officials.
