On April 27, the leader of the Dong Nai Department of Health confirmed that the police are investigating the case of a doctor murdering a female medical worker and then dismembering her body.
The victim is a 37-year-old female medical worker, residing in Bien Hoa City.
Previously, on April 16, the female employee’s family went to the police station to report the victim missing since noon on April 13. The victim went missing after taking her child to school in Bien Hoa City.
From the above report, the police agency investigated, reviewed and verified relevant information to search.
Through investigation, the police determined that the suspect, Mr. DS, 36 years old, a doctor of surgery, Dong Nai General Hospital, was involved so they summoned him to work.
Initially, the DS claimed to have murdered the victim due to a conflict, then dismembered the victim’s body to conceal the crime.
After that, the police force went to the hospital to investigate, and at the same time coordinated with the authorities to go to Thien Tan commune (Vinh Cuu district) to search for the victim’s body.
The incident is still being investigated.
