According to Acting Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vo Tan Duc, on February 13, through an actual inspection of the progress of implementation of key national projects in the province, the Prime Minister finalized the progress of handing over the entire Road project. Currently, the site clearance work for the 3 projects mentioned above has achieved and exceeded the set goals according to the signed commitment.
According to the plan put forward by the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, within 30 days and nights (April 26 to May 26), departments, branches, branches, People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City, People’s Committee of Long Thanh district and People’s Committees of communes, wards and towns where There are key projects that must complete compensation and site clearance work. In particular, the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway project, before June 30, must approve the compensation plan, land recovery and hand over the site to the investor to implement the project.
Dong Nai province’s leaders also assigned the Department of Home Affairs to implement regulations on supervision, rewards, and penalties for units and individuals in implementing the contract signing.
