Angry about his girlfriend insulting his parents, T. texted him to pick D. up at his house to resolve the conflict.

At about 2:00 p.m. the same day, T. rode an electric motorbike to pick up D. and the two argued again. Returning to T.’s house, both sides continued to insult each other’s parents.

During the argument and struggle, T. assaulted and pushed hard, causing D. to hit his head on the kitchen wall and then fall to the kitchen floor unconscious.

At the same time, hearing Mr. NVT (D.’s father) standing in the yard calling, T. immediately closed the kitchen door and went up to the living room to continue talking as if nothing had happened. When Mr. NVT asked where his daughter was, T. replied that she was not here, so Mr. T. left.

Returning to the kitchen, seeing D. motionless, thinking that his girlfriend was dead, T. came up with the idea of ​​hiding the body. After dragging D. down to the storage area behind the house, fearing that D. was still alive, T. used a nylon rope to kill the victim, then used a pineapple bag to cover the body and take it to the garden to bury.

After the attack, T. checked the kitchen, yard, and warehouse and found no traces of blood before taking a shower and living as usual.

The next day, April 13, to create an alibi, T. used D.’s phone to send a message via Messenger application to T.’s phone with the content that D. had left home and not to tell anyone. went to look for it, then turned off the phone and threw D.’s phone into the neighbor’s pond.

In the following days, the victim’s family and An Hong Commune Police repeatedly asked about D.’s whereabouts, but T. both denied and said he did not know.

On April 19, knowing everything had been revealed, Le Phong T. confessed to the An Hong Commune Police and confessed all his crimes.

Before that, Le Phong T. and NTD had a relationship, causing D. to get pregnant and give birth more than 4 months ago. Currently, the baby is being raised by NTD’s parents.
