BTO-On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2024), on the afternoon of April 26, the Provincial Delegation led by Mr. Dang Hong Sy – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Committee, as head of the delegation, visited and gave gifts to the families of Dien Bien soldiers and frontline civilians who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign in Ham Tan district.

Accompanying were representatives of leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Military Command, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Veterans Association and the Standing representative of Ham Tan District Party Committee.

Specifically, the delegation visited the family and relatives of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh – Fire Front Line Civilian in Quarter 1, Tan Minh Town and visited the families of Dien Bien Soldier Ngo Xuan Tung in Quarter 2, Town.
