Practical exam content: First prize: Nam Dinh city; Second prize: My Loc District, Y Yen; Third prize: Truc Ninh, Vu Ban, Hai Hau districts; Consolation prize: Giao Thuy district, Nghia Hung. Regarding the team prize: Nam Dinh city won the first prize; Second prize went to My Loc district and third prize went to Y Yen district.
