Hanbin’s K-pop group Tempest chose Ho Chi Minh City to launch their first live concert

This music night started the first global tour of Tempest’s career, titled World Premier: The First Eve Live 2024 Tempest Concert [T-Our: Tempest Voyage].

Tempest: The first K-pop group to choose Vietnam as their first destination

Most other Korean groups often hold their debut live concert in their home country. Tempest is the first K-pop idol group to choose Vietnam as the starting destination for the first world tour of their career.

According to the current updated schedule, Tempest has only one show at Phu Tho Stadium on the evening of June 15.

This is the second time Tempest comes to Vietnam.

The first time was in December 2023 at the HOZO International Music Festival.

The performance night with the participation of the band attracted tens of thousands of young audiences passionate about music.

After HOZO 2023, musician Huy Tuan and Beyond Entertainment & Communication were selected by Tempest’s management company to become the first live concert producer in the group’s career in Vietnam.

Musician Huy Tuan said that through the live concert ticket sales model, he hopes to contribute a brick to creating habits and needs for Vietnamese audiences.

Thereby contributing to jointly building and creating a market and a strong music industry, commensurate with the development and international integration of the Vietnamese economy.

Tempest is a Korean idol boy group founded in March 2022, consisting of 7 members. Among them, member Hanbin is Vietnamese.

Hanbin’s real name is Ngo Ngoc Hung, born in 1998 in Yen Bai, graduated from the Faculty of International Marketing, Hanoi University of Commerce.

After more than two years since their debut, Tempest has reaped many achievements, winning rookie trophies, new groups, and promising artists at many prestigious music awards ceremonies in Korea such as: Genie Music Awards 2022, Asia Artist Award 2022, Seoul Music Awards 2023, Hanteo Music Awards 2022, MAMA 2023.

Tickets are expected to go on sale on May 11.
