On the morning of April 26 in Hanoi, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television Do Duc Hoang introduced key programs on the occasion of the Dien Bien Phu victory anniversary, including videoconferences. Special VTV program Dien Bien Phu – View from France was exploited by the production crew from the massive amount of documents about the campaign at the Archives Center of the French Ministry of Defense and the French National Assembly.
