The news of Tempest coming to Ho Chi Minh City to perform made Vietnamese audiences excited. Many Kpop groups often hold their first live concert in their home country, but Tempest chose Vietnam, creating an interesting exception.
This is also considered a surprise gift that the group gives to Vietnamese fans. The fact that Tempest has the presence of a Vietnamese member – Hanbin (Ngo Ngoc Hung) – makes fans look forward to the group performing many Vietnamese songs during the show.

The Organizing Committee said that choosing Ho Chi Minh City as the venue for Tempest’s first music night went through a thorough research process. The crew hopes the next live concert will meet its goals in terms of revenue and community effects.
In particular, the role of live concert producer was trusted by the Korean crew to musician Huy Tuan.
“The idea of holding a music night in Ho Chi Minh City was implemented by Tempest’s management company based on observations and awareness of the actual needs of the Vietnamese audience, through your enthusiastic response to the guys. boys in general, member Hanbin in particular, at the HOZO 2023 program,” the musician said.
Detailed information about Tempest’s schedule in Vietnam, song list, seating chart, ticket classes, and ticket prices will be sent to the audience by the Organizing Committee in the near future. Tickets will be on sale on May 11.
This is the second time Tempest comes to Vietnam. Previously, in December 2023, the group came to Ho Chi Minh City to participate in the HOZO International Music Festival, attracting tens of thousands of enthusiastic young audiences to cheer.
Tempest is a Korean idol group that debuted in March 2022 under Yuehua Entertainment. Right from the start, the group attracted special attention from Vietnamese audiences because of Vietnamese member Hanbin (Ngo Ngoc Hung).
Ngo Ngoc Hung was born in 1998 in Yen Bai, graduated from the Faculty of International Marketing, Hanoi University of Commerce. Before coming to Korea to work, he was known as a dancer, participating in many Kpop dance cover competitions.
In 2020, Hanbin attracted attention when participating in the reality show I-Land of Big Hit Entertainment – the company that manages BTS.
