On December 5, the police of Thao Dien ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City said that they had received a report from Mr. Vu Viet Hung (SN 1965, living in Binh Duong) accusing a foreign man of being assaulted and injured. .

In the denunciation, Mr. Hung said he was working as a security guard at a building on Nguyen Van Huong Street, Thao Dien Ward.

Around 23:25 on December 2, Mr. Hung was on duty when a black car driven by two foreigners arrived. They came down reeking of alcohol and asked to come inside to find you. Mr. Hung disagreed and explained that this was a private house, with no friends in it.

However, Mr. JMG (identified as the General Director of FV Hospital) disagreed and repeatedly kicked the door with his foot.

Mr. JMG then used his hand to hit his chest hard, tearing off many buttons, making Mr. Hung dizzy. According to Mr. Hung, foreigners also clamped his neck and dragged him to the guard post to fight.

A neighbor noticed the incident and ran to intervene. The owner where Mr. Hung worked as a security guard also came down to explain, then Mr. JMG knew he was wrong, so he left.

On December 3, the police of Thao Dien ward invited Mr. Hung, Mr. JMG and a woman to the office to work.

Mr. JMG confirmed that because a friend here called because he had a bad situation, he came with his friend to help. However, when he came to ask, Mr. Hung did not understand English, so he was conflicted. Seeing Mr. Hung leave, Mr. JMG followed him and asked to help his friend in the house, but he couldn’t.
