From 8pm on December 31 to 0:00 on January 1, 2023: ban all vehicles from entering the following routes: Nguyen Tat Thanh (District 4) from Hoang Dieu Street to Khanh Hoi Bridge; Ton Duc Thang (district) section from Me Linh Square to Khanh Hoi Bridge; Ba Son bridge (Thu Thiem bridge 2): the main bridge and its branches (including R12, Thu Duc city); Dong Khoi Street (District 1), the section from Mac Thi Buoi Street to Ton Duc Thang Street.

The following routes include: Ham Nghi Street (District 1), the section from Ho Tung Mau Street to Ton Duc Thang Street; Vo Van Kiet Street (District 1), the section from Ho Tung Mau to Ton Duc Thang; Hai Trieu Street (District 1), the section from Ho Tung Mau to Nguyen Hue; Ho Huan Nghiep and Ngo Duc Ke roads (district 1), section from Me Linh Square to Dong Khoi; Ben Van Don Street (District 4), section from Nguyen Truong To to Nguyen Tat Thanh.

From 18:00 on December 31 to 0:30 on January 1, 2023: ban all vehicles on Nguyen Hue route and branch roads from Dong Khoi and Ho Tung Mau streets to Nguyen Hue street (district 1).

Alternative route for reference for the area of ​​Nguyen Hue and Ton Duc Thang streets:

– Route from District 4 to District 1: Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (District 4) – Hoang Dieu – Doan Van Bo – Calmette Bridge – Calmette Street – Tran Hung Dao – Pham Ngu Lao – Quach Thi Trang Square – Le Loi – Pasteur – Ly Tu Trong – Ton Duc Thang Street (District 1).

– The route from District 1 to District 4: Ton Duc Thang Street (District 1) – Me Linh Square – Hai Ba Trung – Le Thanh Ton – Nam Ky Khoi Nghia – Nguyen Thai Binh (or Nguyen Cong Tru Street) – Calmette – Calmette Bridge – Doan Van Bo – Hoang Dieu Street – Nguyen Tat Thanh (District 4).

– Route from district 1 to Thu Duc city: Vo Van Kiet street (district 1) – parallel street Vo Van Kiet – Pasteur – Ly Tu Trong – Ton Duc Thang – Nguyen Huu Canh – Thu Thiem bridge – Nguyen Co Thach street – Mai Chi Tho (Thu Duc city).

– Route from Thu Duc City to District 1: Mai Chi Tho Street (Thu Duc City) – Nguyen Co Thach – Thu Thiem Bridge – Nguyen Huu Canh Street – Ton Duc Thang – Le Duan – Paris Commune – Han Thuyen – Cochinchina Khoi Nghia – Vo Van Kiet (District 1).

The City Department of Transport requires people not to stop parking or gather on bridges: Khanh Hoi, Mong, Calmette, Ong Lanh, Thu Thiem, Ba Son, Saigon, Phu My, bridges on Mai Chi street Tho and on the roof of the tunnel cross the Saigon River to watch fireworks.
