According to SeABank, in her 5 years as General Director, Ms. Le Thu Thuy has left a big mark in the process of transforming the bank into a modern retail banking model, diversifying products and services. He is the person who directly connects and successfully develops strategic cooperation relationships with leading large domestic enterprises as well as foreign financial institutions.

Under the leadership of Ms. Le Thu Thuy, SeABank has experienced strong growth in charter capital, total assets as well as profit in the past 5 years. Accordingly, total assets increased from nearly 141 trillion dong to nearly 230 trillion dong and expanded the network with nearly 180 branches and transaction points in 29 provinces and cities across the country. SeABank’s charter capital continuously increased, from VND 7,688 billion to VND 19,809 billion.

Currently, Ms. Thuy is holding nearly 47.6 million SSB shares, equivalent to 2.4% of the bank’s charter capital. While her mother is Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga (Madame Nga) – Standing Vice President of SeABank holding more than 65.3 million SSB shares, the ownership rate is nearly 3.3%. In addition, Thuy’s brother and father also own a large number of shares of SeABank.

Also from July 11, SeABank’s Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Faussier Loic Michel Marc – Senior Deputy General Director as Deputy General Director in charge of operating SeABank while submitting to the State Bank for official appointment as General Director. governor.

Mr. Faussier Loic Michel Marc, born in 1972 in France, graduated in economics from the University of Paris Assas. Mr. Faussier Loic Michel Marc also holds a master’s degree in finance – Paris Dauphine University and a master’s degree in Business Law – Paris Institute of Politics.

Mr. Faussier Loic Michel Marc has more than 25 years of experience working in many important positions in large financial institutions and banks in France, Hong Kong and Japan such as: Director of HSBC Vietnam, Deputy Director Director of HSBC Bank Japan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB), Chairman of the Board of members of VNInvest Partners, Chairman of Lotus Finance Company…

Mr. Faussier Loic Michel Marc was also the Deputy Financial Attaché of the Chamber of Commerce of the French Embassy in Beijing and worked for Citibank in Paris.

Before being appointed as Senior Deputy General Director of SeABank, Mr. Faussier Loic Michel Marc was an independent member of the Board of Directors of SeABank, assigned to be in charge of many important areas of the bank.
