Accordingly, the incident happened around 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on April 11.
At the meeting with the Ward People’s Committee, presenting the incident, Ms. N. said that because baby NTC (born in 2019) refused to eat, cried and covered his mouth, she sat on him and forced him to eat tangerines. This makes the baby scared, cry a lot, and affects his psychology. The other case is that baby TMH (born in 20180, was playing and damaging his toys, so Mrs. N. used a red plastic brick (a toy in class) to hit the baby’s head and slapped her face with her hand.
Mrs. N.’s actions made the children scared, cried a lot, and affected them psychologically.
Immediately after the incident, Ms. N. was aware of her violation and proactively discussed and met to reconcile and compensate the child and family. However, the children’s families did not agree.
Ms. N. said she accepted responsibility for her behavior.
Linh Dong Ward People’s Committee determined that Ms. N.’s behavior violated the provisions of the regulations and ethical standards of kindergarten class owners, therefore decided to suspend the operation of the Ti Bo facility from tomorrow. , April 25. Ms. N. must comply with the decision, ensuring full benefits for teachers, staff and civil liability for students studying here after the decision to suspend operations.
For parents and students who are abused, the ward coordinates with the Department of Education and Training to organize visits and encouragement for the families. The ward also transferred 22 children studying in the Ti Bo class group to another group.
In addition, the People’s Committee of Linh Dong ward directed the ward police to continue working, verifying information, and advising on legal handling of Ms. N.’s behavior.

In the first clip, the teacher cornered a boy against the wall and repeatedly hit him in the face, even though he cried loudly.
In the second clip, the same teacher forced another boy to lie on the floor and sat on him. The video also shows the teacher continuously putting food into the students’ mouths, surrounded by many other children sitting in line and watching in fear. The teacher slapped the student and was also the leader of the preschool group mentioned above.
Immediately after understanding the incident, the Head of the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City requested the police to consider and handle the incident depending on the nature of the incident, and at the same time requested P. Linh Dong to suspend the activities of the preschool group. Ti Bo school, transferring the remaining students to another class group in the area.
Immediately afterwards, Thu Duc City Police coordinated with Linh Dong Ward Police to handle the incident.
